Find and filter your orders

Orders lists every collection, newest first. With a few filters you get from a long list to the orders you care about, see what they weigh by material, and raise a problem with the service provider without leaving the page.

  1. Open Orders and choose Filters. Every filter of the page opens in one panel, with a count of the active ones.

  2. Under waste type, pick one or more materials. In any multi-select filter, Select all takes every option that matches your search in one click.

  3. Set the date range. Click the month above the calendar to jump to another month or year.

  4. To find one order fast, type its order ID or the service provider’s invoice ID into the search box. The Invoice ID column shows every invoice of an order.

  5. Clear all in the Filters panel takes you back to the full list.

When you filter by waste type, the Page total row breaks the weight down by material: each selected material first, the rest as Other materials. Open the breakdown to see every material on the page, or in your selection, with its weight. An order with several materials shows the same breakdown from its weight.

The weight of an order is its full disposal tonnage. If your organisation uses weight estimates, a disposal line without a weight is estimated from the material and the container, and totals that include an estimate are marked. Hover the marker to see how much is estimated.

Click an order to open the order drawer. It opens read-only: the status and document type sit above the order ID, and Edit switches the fields on. Unit prices show what they are charged per, for example 492.76 €/t, so a wrong unit stands out.

  1. Choose Report issue, next to the order’s actions menu.

  2. Pick the issue type and describe what happened.

  3. Choose who is emailed. The service provider is notified by default, and you can add colleagues. Everyone gets an email with the issue and a link to the order.

  4. Follow up in the order’s Issues tab, where admins resolve issues. You can comment on an open issue, and reopen a resolved one if the problem comes back. The number of open issues shows next to the order’s status.
